My stay was fantastic, as the accessible shuttle made it easy to explore the nearby USS Midway Museum and the beautiful San Diego Zoo, both perfect spots for a day of walking and enjoying great views. plus, the staff was unbelievably friendly, adding a personal touch to the experience.

the holiday inn express had friendly and helpful staff who promptly took care of us. our queen room with two queen beds was very clean, and it looked newly updated. we loved the outdoor heated pool, which was perfect for a relaxing dip. the location was convenient, with a mini mart nearby and a complimentary shuttle that made it easy to explore the area.

Staff were friendly and eager to assist, especially the shuttle drivers who were always on time and helpful. Shuttle service to Old Town was convenient, making it easy to enjoy the local sights. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the dining room staff kept everything well-stocked. However, the pool was freezing cold, making it less enjoyable. Also, housekeeping staff lacked communication. they entered our room early despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign being posted. That felt intrusive and really disrupted our morning. Still, I appreciated the great location and the comfortable bed. I would think twice about returning unless those issues are addressed.

This place suits me perfectly! Amazing wi-fi, helpful staff, and a great outdoor pool. They helped me print tickets during my first stay. Highly recommend staying here for a stress-free experience. Coming back for Easter!

Just spent 2 nights here and it was a breeze. The free shuttle took us everywhere—super helpful! The breakfast spread was really good too, especially the pancakes. A small hiccup was that one of the shuttle drivers wasn't too warm, but otherwise, it was a solid stay.
